Simon Masrani launch the Bright Minds, the first internship program on Isla Nublar. An intern named Claire Dearing discovered that the program was infiltrated by two spies paid by a rival company when they accidentally freed a female Velociraptor killing another intern named Justin Hendricks, the infiltrators were removed from the program and the animal euthanized. Masrani offered Claire a position at Jurassic World.
