A BioSyn agent pretending to be a representative of Masrani  requested via a corrupt and willfully misleading process the revising of the Gene Guard Act for medical advancement, the UHCS, stating their confidence in Masrani Global and the Jurassic World project, watered down the law in 2003. The new version allowed them to clone more dinosaurs.
