Thanks to the Indominus DNA recovered from the sample brought back from Nublar and researches of the IBRIS project, a prototype of the perfect weapon was secretly created by Dr. Henry Wu in the  Lockwood estate lab, however, the Indoraptor is too unstable to be controlled.
