The first successful genetically-engineered hybrid dinosaur, Scorpios Rex, is created by Dr. Henry Wu  as part of the Entertainment Engineer project. However it displayed unstable behavior and high aggressiveness, it's deemed too grotesque to be presented to the public by Simon Masrani who ordered Wu to destroy it, Wu insisted on keeping the hybrid and put it in a cryogenic suspension indefinitely.
